We guarantee the quality of our cleaning service. If the landlord or estate agent is dissatisfied, we will return to perform additional cleaning at no extra cost. However, we cannot guarantee the return of your deposit if damage has occurred or if the issue is unrelated to our cleaning services.

With a standard end of tenancy cleaning price or service only windows from inside are cleaned, so if you need windows to be cleaned from the outside as well then you need to request this an additional service, so yes, we do clean outside windows as well

Cancelling your booking with at least 24 hours’ notice incurs no fee. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.

If you are unhappy with the service provided or the check-out report indicate dissatisfaction with our service and areas require further cleaning, we will return to the property free of charge within 72 hours of the initial cleaning.

You don’t need to be on-site for the cleaning; simply let us in and return before we conclude. For end-of-tenancy cleanings, your presence isn’t necessary. If you’ve already moved out, we can arrange to collect the keys from a different location.
